ARNESBY CAMPS
Arnesby Camps are held in July in the green spaces behind Arnesby Baptist Chapel and we use the facilities on site. Our team have been running camps for over 10 years and many children and young people have come along and loved it!

We run kids camp for 7-11 year olds and youth camp for 12-17 year olds.
​
Each day is filled with great meals, exciting activities, outings, wide games, interest groups and all kinds of other things. During the camps, time is set aside to learn about the message of the Bible and the Christian faith.​.
During youth camp, campers will sleep in tents, have meals in the marquee and spend most of the time outdoors. The camp includes an engaging program of interest groups, activities, wide games and Bible exploration. Throughout the weekend we follow a Christian theme which is incorporated into a camp book, and we have meetings in the chapel building.

During kids camp, this year for a variety of reasons it has been decided to trial a non-residential camp, with children arriving for breakfast and leaving before teatime. We will still be offering all the usual fun activities, chapel times and Bible teaching as well as lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
Further Information:
All our leaders are DBS-checked, and we take safeguarding and health and safety very seriously. Trained first aiders will be on-site at all times.
Personal and public liability insurance is provided by Arnesby Baptist Church (details available on request).


We have all the appropriate policies and procedures for this type of activity and have undertaken Risk Assessments where needed.
