Who Runs the Camps?
Arnesby Camps Planning Team
We organise the camp throughout the year and ensure that all arrangements are in place. Each team member is from the local area and has a varied range of knowledge and skills which contribute to the safe running of the camps.
Nathan Ling
Originally from Carlisle, Nathan worked at Pine Lakes Christian Camps as an outdoor pursuits Instructor and evangelist. He moved to Arnesby when he married his wife Ellie where they both live on site with their three children. Nathan is an elder at the Church, has been on camps for years and loves all things outdoors!

Lara Erinle
Lara is a wife and mother of two. She is a qualified teacher and involved in all of the kids work at the Chapel.
Lara has been on numerous camps and will usually be found running interest groups on arts and crafts which is her passion!

Johnny hutton
Born and bred in Leicestershire, Johnny has Pastored Arnesby Baptist Church since 1999.
He has been involved in the running of camps in Leicestershire and further afield over many years.
His interests are sailing, mountain biking and being in the great outdoors!

Val Hutton
Val is married to Johnny and together they have lived and worked at Arnesby Baptist Chapel for over 25 years. She is mum to four children and has lots of experience in caring for children and people of all ages.
Val has also been involved in the running of camps for many years!

Matt Cowley
Matt is heavily involved in Arnesby Baptist Church. He has had lots of experience in the creation and implementation of policies to ensure camp is run safely. Matt loves football and a good cup of tea.

Andy Harris
Andy has been a leader on camp since the very start. He is currently a headteacher of a Christian school. Andy has been involved in kids camps here at Arnesby for years (not a leader from the very start, but a camper!)
He has a great sense of humour and enjoys getting involved in all the activties.

James Sutton
James teaches at an SEMH school in South Leicester. He is married to Sarah and dad to a little boy. He regularly helps with young peoples groups at Braunstone Evangelical Church where he is a member.
He has years of experience helping on Church camps including Arnesby Camps

Sarah Sutton
Sarah is a science teacher in a secondary school. She is married to James and they have a little boy. She regularly helps with young peoples groups at Braunstone Evangelical Church where she is a member, and has many years of experience helping on Christian camps across the UK

Annie Hutton

Annie has always lived in Arnesby and is very familiar with camps, with lots of experience working with young children. She works as a learning support at a local college. Annie is also part of the church's youth team and, in her spare time, loves playing sports, spending time outdoors, and being with her family.

George Sutton
George is part of the senior leadership team at a Christian school and is a big sports fan. He has lots of experience leading and helping at children's camps.
George and his fiancé Ella are due to be married this Summer

Ellie Ling

Ellie is wife to Nathan and a mother of three. She has lived on site her whole life and served the church in both children work and music for many years.
Ellie is a singer song writer and loves all things creative!

Libby Harris
Libby is Married to Andy and a mother of two boys. She is also on the senior leadership team in the Christian school, where she is the SENCO amongst many other things. Libby is involved in kids work at the Chapel, and enjoys cooking and baking having been involved in catering for much of her life.​

Jane is married to Matt, and is mother of two boys.
She is a nurse and loves working with people.
Jane is involved in music at the chapel and has been at Arnesby Camps for a few years now. Jane enjoys serving and baking.
